MATCHaldean is owned and operated by Olivia Bahoora Asfar. Olivia is a Masters Level Clinical Psychologist. She has completed many courses in marriage and family at Oakland University, where she obtained her Bachelor’s of Science in Psychology and obtained her Masters degree from the Michigan School of Psychology. 

Olivia is an active member in the Chaldean community. With her vast connections to the community, she grew a large network of great people who couldn't find compatibility. Olivia began setting up friends and family. Many of the relationships led to marriage, which gave Olivia great fulfilment. She knew she wanted to continue doing this for her community on a bigger scale.

MATCHaldean was started by Theresa Dabish Sitto on July 1, 2009. Theresa had been successfully matching people for nearly ten years and remains a matchmaking consultant to Olivia.
